Carers Trust Crossroads

Our services are tailored to meet the needs of the individual Carer & their family, working alongside other local community services.
Carers Trust Crossroads West Wales is a specialist voluntary organisation providing support to Carers, giving them “time” to be themselves.
Carers Information Service
Carers say that access to information, financial support & breaks in caring are vital in helping them manage the impact of caring on their lives.
The Carers Information Service provides free & confidential information, advice & support to Carers.
We produce & distribute information for carers & organise regular events in partnership with other organisations.
The service is joint funded by Carmarthenshire County Council & Hywel Dda University Health Board.
In line with the recent changes to the Welsh Government’s guidance, we have taken the decision to suspend our monthly face-to-face Carers Support Groups during January and February, and the meetings will instead be replaced with an online support group until the end of February – please contact your Outreach Worker or the Carers Information Service on 0300 0200 002 for further details or for assistance to join us online.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and we do hope that you will be able to join our online group meeting.

Services We Provide
What you’ve said about us
The service you offer is great, the staff are always friendly and polite. They always respect the client and their needs. I would definitely recommend Crossroads.
EXCELLENT IN EVERY RESPECT. The office staff are always helpful and approachable and ready to discuss out situation (e.g. if a visit should have to be cancelled by us at short notice or any reason).
I can only speak highly of every one of the ladies that have been here from Crossroads. Everyone is very kind and caring. I’m very grateful to them all for all their support.
Dad enjoys the carers staying in the afternoon. He has a few favourite ones, you can hear the laughter coming from his bedroom.
I know I can leave my mother in the safe hands of Crossroads staff giving me peace of mind while I am away.
Carers Trust Crossroads West Wales is a proud network member of Carers Trust. Families and people in the community have known and used Crossroads for many years. We are proud to provide information to carers on the support available to them and the people they care for.
