Room Hire at The Palms, Llanelli
We have two rooms that are available for hire at our Llanelli Office.
A larger meeting/training room is suitable for up to 20 people set out in a board room style or up to thirty as a theatre format. This room has a ceiling mounted overhead projector.
The smaller meeting room will comfortably seat up to eight people for traditional style meetings.
We offer very competitive rates to third sector organisations with refreshments included in the cost (tea, coffee, milk, biscuits). Both of these rooms can be booked either for morning or afternoon sessions or a full day use. The premises are fully accessible with disabled facilities and off street car parking conveniently close by whenever the car park is full.
Both training room and the smaller room are a great resource for your meetings and but also very cost effective if training staff when you do not have these facilities in house.
The larger room is regularly used by us for training and equipped with useful features that include, a refreshments area, an overhead projector, work desks and plenty of room for practical demonstrations.

Room Hire at Ty Myrddin, Carmarthen
We have a meeting and conference rooms available at our Carmarthen Office.
The meeting room is suitable for up to 14 people in a boardroom style layout and over 20 in a theatre style layout.
Our larger conference room can seat up to 20 people in a boardroom style layout and over 25 in a theatre style layout, however the tables can be easily moved to suit your meeting needs.
Both rooms are equipped with a ceiling mounted overhead projector.
Again, we offer very competitive rates to third sector organisations with refreshments included in the cost (tea, coffee, milk, biscuits). The rooms can be booked either for the morning or afternoon sessions or a full day use.
The premises is fully accessible with disabled facilities and there is a large public car park nearby due to the limited space in the office car park.
