Human Resources Administrator
Carers Trust Crossroads West Wales is a not-for-profit charity that delivers a range of support services for carers of all ages. We are seeking to appoint an approachable and highly organised administrator to work within our Human Resources team.
Salary: £18,065 (per rota per annum)
Contract: Fixed-term until 31st March 2022 (with the view to extend)
Hours: 30 per week

Carer Support Worker

Carers Trust Crossroads West Wales is a Not-for-Profit charity who work to support Unpaid Carers in Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion, and we’re looking for likeminded employees to join us as ‘Carer Support Workers‘. Helping those in need by working days, evenings, and weekends – we can offer you flexibility on our rotas, including full-time, part-time, and fitting around childcare needs.
What does this role entail?
You’ll be visiting clients in their homes or assisting them to get out in the community, providing care services and helping to maintain their wellbeing and independence. You’ll need a car to visit them, but we reimburse travel over a certain amount of mileage at a rate of 45p per mile.
I haven’t got experience in Care, does that matter?
Our Carer Support Workers attend a comprehensive induction and undertake shadowing with other experienced members of staff before delivering care alone, and all Carer Support Workers are supported to complete QCF Levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care. What is most important is if you are a dedicated and caring person, then we want to hear from you!
