We can provide support to help you manage your caring role and work towards improved wellbeing. To help you access this service, we can visit you at home and provide flexible, time limited support to meet your individual needs.
Information and Support
We provide personalised one-to-one support, offering factsheets, help navigating the system, advice on carers’ rights, access to a Carers Needs Assessment, and guidance on emergency planning, contingency care, and connecting to specialist services.
Grants and opportunities
We offer opportunities for carers to apply for grants to access short breaks, respite or replacement care as well as grants for essential white goods and food vouchers when carers are experiencing financial hardship
Legal advice
We offer a free monthly legal advice surgeries via New Law Solicitors, covering topics such as funding for care, wills and trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney, and asset protection. Support available by appointment only.
